Our dedicated Maintenance Department are geared to provide a ONE STOP SHOP and constantly measure their levels of service to ensure our customers receive the best possible service. This includes:

Sadly vehicles do breakdown occasionally. NVR understands the inconvenience this can cause and have developed comprehensive roadside options tailored to meet every situation. We have a dedicated breakdown team, with their own direct line. This team solely receive breakdown calls, arrange rectification, progress chase breakdowns and keep the driver informed throughout. We provide:

• A 24-hour full assistance cover on all Daily Rental and Fully Maintained Contract Hire vehicles, which includes Roadside, Recovery and At Home services
• Full on the spot tyre and windscreen assistance nationwide through ATS or National Windscreens

All of our Roadside or Recovery agents are fully bonded through Manufacturers Assistance schemes or the RAC. Furthermore, NVR can now offer retail service and repairs from our main workshops in Redditch & Banbury for non fleet vehicles. NVR Fleet uk promise to deliver total service support 24 hours a day 7 days a week 365 days a year.

ReMarketing: We have significant expertise in ensuring maximum residual values are achieved and our Sales Centre in Rugby always have a wide selection of well maintained ex fleet vehicles available for sale.

Service: Each vehicle will have the benefit of a full service and maintenance history and a comprehensive pre sale check and full valet. Additional period warranty is available if required.

Trade Buyers: We have an extensive database of Trade buyers who are contacted on a regular basis with detailed lists of available vehicles for sale. They provide us with competitive bids and allow us to dispose of vehicles efficiently and quickly. The majority of our car disposals are managed through this channel.

Auction Expertise: We have long established associations with the two largest auction groups in the UK. Our Commercial and Car fleet is regularly offered through auction centres nationwide and has the benefit of direct representation at each sale. A significant number of our Commercial fleet disposals are directed through this route and this results in competitive rates as well as managed sales programmes at `best' performing auction sites.

Specialist Vehicles: Apart from supplying vehicles to a Standard Conventional Specification, we are also able to offer Specialist Vehicles designed and built for specific operations within certain industry sectors.
